Behind the scenes

After winning a competitive pitch for the Drugs & Alcohol Office campaign, Adrian Lawrence collaborated with the Brand Agency Perth as Fin’s Director to develop and execute early 20th century medical illustrations to show the effects alcohol has on the body.

The original idea came from medical books that use acetate to reveal layers of organs within the body, which eventually developed into live action/design illustrative transitions to create a commercial both visually rich and informative to the viewer at home.

Fin cleverly planned the live action setup with actors around our illustrations and vice versa, so they would seamlessly integrate and merge with the real world leaving the audience to identify with them in a personal way.
